How do I log in to the platform?

You'll receive an email containing your password. Use your registered email address together with that password to log in.

  1. Go to the conference platform login page.
  2. Enter your registered email.
  3. Enter the password from your email.
  4. Click Login.

The first time you log in, you'll be asked to complete your profile before entering the event. You do not need to change your password — just use the one provided in your email.

If your login does not work, double-check that you are using the exact email address you registered with and the exact password from the email (it is case-sensitive). Still stuck? See "I forgot my password" or contact our help desk.
