I forgot my password / How do I reset it?

You can reset your password yourself:

1. On the login page, click Reset Password?
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Click send. If an account exists for that email, we'll send you a password reset link.
4. Open the email and click the link (it is valid for 1 hour).
5. Set your new password and log in.

If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam/junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived, contact our help desk and we'll help you reset it.
