I keep getting logged out. Why?

Your access allows only one device at a time. If you (or someone using your link) log in elsewhere, your current session may end.

Make sure:

  • You're not logged in on another device or browser.
  • You haven't shared your access link.

If you're only using one device and still get logged out, contact our help desk.
