I'm on a corporate/bank network and can't access the platform. How do I fix it?

Many corporate networks — especially banks, government bodies, and large firms — block external sites by default. If pages won't load, the video won't play, or login fails on your office network, your IT/security team likely needs to whitelist the platform.

The fastest fix — switch networks: the simplest way around an office firewall is to access the platform from a different network, such as your mobile hotspot, home Wi-Fi, or a personal device using mobile data. Many delegates on bank or corporate networks find that switching to a hotspot lets them log in and watch the stream immediately, without waiting on IT.

This is also a quick way to confirm the cause: if it works on a hotspot/personal network but not your office network, the issue is your office firewall — please also ask your IT department to whitelist the items below for a permanent fix.

Please ask your IT team to whitelist (allow) the following:

Platform

  • Domain: https://miaconference2026.sevenue.com
  • Platform IP address: 34.111.179.208

Video streaming (VdoCipher) The conference video player is VdoCipher, which delivers video through Amazon Web Services (AWS). Please allow:

  • https://www.vdocipher.com and its subdomains (*.vdocipher.com)
  • Amazon CloudFront (the video delivery/CDN layer) — *.cloudfront.net
  • Amazon S3 (video storage) — *.s3.amazonaws.com
  • General AWS endpoints used for streaming/processing (EC2-based transcoding)
Tip for IT teams: VdoCipher serves encrypted video over HTTPS via Amazon CloudFront, with AWS S3 for storage and EC2-based processing. Allowing .vdocipher.com and .cloudfront.net resolves the vast majority of playback issues.

Email delivery (so you receive your access/password email) First, check your junk/spam folder — welcome emails often land there. If it's still not in your inbox or spam, ask IT to allow our email sender:

  • Sender address: miaconference@mia.org.my
  • SendGrid sending IP: 167.89.7.119

Once your IT team has whitelisted these, refresh and try again. If you're still stuck, contact our help desk.
