I was asked to change my password before entering. Why?

This only happens if you were issued a temporary password (for example, if we reset your access). In that case, you'll be asked to set your own personal password before entering the event.

  1. After logging in, you'll be taken to the change password screen.
  2. Enter a new password (minimum 6 characters).
  3. Confirm it and save.
  4. You'll then be taken into the event lobby.

This is a one-time step — after that, you log in normally with your new password.

Note: most delegates will not see this. If you logged in with the password from your welcome email, you simply complete your profile and enter — no password change needed.
