I was asked to change my password before entering. Why?
This only happens if you were issued a temporary password (for example, if we reset your access). In that case, you'll be asked to set your own personal password before entering the event.
- After logging in, you'll be taken to the change password screen.
- Enter a new password (minimum 6 characters).
- Confirm it and save.
- You'll then be taken into the event lobby.
This is a one-time step — after that, you log in normally with your new password.
Note: most delegates will not see this. If you logged in with the password from your welcome email, you simply complete your profile and enter — no password change needed.← Back to Help Centre
