My attendance tracker / timer isn't working correctly — what should I do?
First, don't worry — your CPE hours will not be lost. As long as you check in and check out using the button on the platform, we use your manual check-in/check-out records to calculate your time, even if the on-screen timer or My Progress page looks wrong.
If the tracker doesn't seem to be counting your time correctly, please check the following:
- Make sure you've checked in. Use the check-in button on the platform when you start, and check out when you leave each day. This is the most important step — your attendance is recorded from these check-in/check-out records.
- Stay logged in during conference hours. Attendance is based on the total time you're logged in between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM on each conference day. Closing the tab or losing connection can pause the timer.
- Use a single tab and device. Logging in on several tabs, browsers, or devices at the same time can make the timer display incorrectly.
- Refresh the page. A quick browser refresh (and a stable internet connection) usually re-syncs the timer on the My Progress page.
- Remember replays don't count. Watching pre-recorded or replay content does not add to your structured CPE hours — only live attendance during official hours does.
If you've done the above and your hours still look wrong, contact the support team with your name, registered email, and the day(s) affected. We can review your manual check-in/check-out records and correct your attendance — so the most important thing is to keep checking in and out each day.
