What do I need to access the platform (system requirements)?

You don't need to download or install anything. You only need:

• A laptop or desktop computer with an up-to-date web browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari).
• A stable internet connection of at least 10 Mbps (recommended) for smooth streaming.
• Access to the video player domain https://www.vdocipher.com/ — please make sure your office/company network or firewall does not block it.

For the best experience, we recommend a laptop or desktop over a mobile phone.
